2. Permitted Use & Public Content Only

InsTranscript is designed to assist users in creating accessibility captions, educational study notes, and marketing repurposing from publicly available Instagram media. You agree:

• Not to attempt to circumvent private account restrictions or copyright controls.
• Not to use the service for mass automated scraping or malicious denial-of-service activity.
• To respect intellectual property rights and fair use guidelines in your jurisdiction.

3. Credit System & Purchases (Subotiz MoR)

Credits purchased through our website:

• Are sold as one-time credit packs with no recurring subscription commitments.
• Remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Are processed by Subotiz as Merchant of Record.
• Are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value outside the platform.

4. Zero-Deduction Guarantee on Failures

If a video cannot be processed due to server error, private link restriction, or silent audio, no credits will be deducted from your balance.

InsTranscript is an independent developer utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliates.
