How are transcription credits calculated?+

Credits are calculated by video duration: 1 credit = 1 minute of video (rounded up to the nearest minute). For example, a 45-second Reel costs 1 credit; a 2-minute 10-second video costs 3 credits.

Do purchased credits expire?+

All purchased credit packs remain valid in your account for 12 months from the date of purchase. Free weekly refresh credits (8 credits) expire and refresh every Monday.

Does re-downloading or editing cost extra credits?+

No. Once a video has been transcribed, you can view, edit, copy, and download TXT, SRT, or VTT files as many times as you like from your Account History without deducting any additional credits.

Who processes the payments?+

Payments are securely processed by Subotiz (Merchant of Record). We support Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
